A pluridisciplinary Approach
With more than 26,000 students, Montpellier 1 University boasts:
- seven university departments (UFR): Law, Economics, Business Administration, Medicine, Pharmacy, Odontology, Sports and Exercise Science and Technology
- two institutes: the Institute of Business Science and Management and the Institute of Public Service Preparation
Facilities
UM1’s (Montpellier 1 University’s) facilities are distributed across the entire city of Montpellier, from the historic city centre to the “Hôpitaux-Facultés” (“Hospitals-Faculties”) district in the North to the modern “Richter” districts in the South. These facilities represent more than 400,000 m² of infrastructure.
